Join us at our Summer Concert Series in Yorktown, NY!

All concerts are held at Jack DeVito Veterans' Memorial Field, 264 Veterans Rd Yorktown Heights, NY

Please be aware: All shows are rain or shine. However, if a show is rained out and we are moved into the Yorktown Stage, we are unable to have any vendor. If that occurs, particpating vendors will be notified of the change the day of the event & will be refunded the fee paid.

We will be reviewing forms & each businesses availability. After review, we will email you an invoice with the approved dates to be paid by May 1, 2026 to secure your spot!

All confirmed vendors will be included on our website as well as shared on our socials!


Artisan Vendors

Please note, we are looking for artisan vendors! That means hand crafted items that you make, design and create. We will not accept applications from vendors with: direct sales & multi-level marketing, wholesale distributors, products using licensed imagery, etc..

Fee for each event will be $35 for a 10×10 space.
You can save 10% if you book 3 concerts or 15% if you choose to book all 6 concerts!

Food Trucks

We will be limiting the number of food trucks at every concert & are looking to have a variety at each show! To start off, we will be booking each food truck for  up to 3 concerts. If we have openings at shows after sign ups are complete, we may reach out again! We will do our best to accommodate each vendor's top choices but we cannot guarantee date selections.

Fee for each event will be $50 & you can save 10% if you book 3 concerts.

You will be required to have proper permitting and  licensing prior to each concert.
