Band Submission Form

Are you interested in being considered for our 2027 Concert Series? Fill out the form below!

The Yorktown Lions go through & listen to all of the bands who submitted the form in January 2027. From there, the group narrows it down from over 50 bands to just 6! We will reach out to the chosen bands for the year to coordinate dates, contracts & so on! Please note, all concerts take place in Yorktown, NY. The shows take place on a ¼ mile deep track with 1500-2000 in attendance. Show starts at approximately 6pm with two 1-hour sets with a 1/2 hour break in between.

We will be reviewing forms & each businesses availability on a first come first serve basis. After review, we will email you the vendor agreement along with an invoice with the approved dates to be paid by May 1, 2027 to secure your spot!

All concerts are held at Jack DeVito Veterans' Memorial Field, 264 Veterans Rd Yorktown Heights, NY

Please be aware: All shows are rain or shine. However, if a show is rained out and we are moved into the Yorktown Stage, we are unable to have any vendor. If that occurs, participating vendors will be notified of the change the day of the event & will be refunded the fee paid.

How the concerts are marketed:
This is our 32nd Concert Series in the park which means we have a very loyal following! On top of our regulars, we use social media to promote all shows primarily Instagram (posts and stories) as well as Facebook (posts, stories & event pages). Our website events page will have all the information for every show including vendor information!

We have advertisements locally on the electric sign in Yorktown and on several large signs in Yorktown including signs on Route 202, Commerce Street & Route 6 (along with others). We hang flyers locally and drop off postcards to local businesses for customers to pick up.

WHUD promotes the shows ahead of each show and we also have articles running in the Yorktown News & Yorktown Patch (events are also listed on Yorktown Patch).

Food Trucks

Each show varies in attendance but we average between 800-1500 each week.

We will be booking 3-4 food trucks per show with a 3 show max for any one food truck. Acceptance will be on a first come, first serve basis.

In addition - we may have additional drink and/or dessert options like ice cream trucks, lemonade stands, bakeries and more!

Fee for each event will be $50 for a 10×10 space.
You can save 10% if you book 3 concerts.

Artisan Vendors

Please note, we are looking for artisan vendors! That means hand crafted items that you make, design and create. We will not accept applications from vendors with: direct sales & multi-level marketing, wholesale distributors, products using licensed imagery, etc..

Fee for each event will be $35 for a 10×10 space.
You can save 10% if you book 3 concerts or 15% if you choose to book all 6 concerts!

Possible Sponsor Invoicing Option

A pro to having them fill out this form is to give us the power to review businesses and make sure that we align with them and are not offering possibly problematic businesses space in our journals.

A form would also give us a full contact information for businesses and a great way to build out a contact list.

This would also allow for us to create custom invoices to be sent that include their sponsorship level, custom upsells and discounts (where applicable like for early birds or returning sponsors)

This section here would have all the sponsorship information including pricing, tiers, add ons, value, etc..

If we didn’t do invoicing - we’d have a storefront

The storefront would have each sponsorship item plus upsells. People can pick and choose what they want - add to their carts & check out.
