Summer Concert Food Trucks & Artisan Vendors

Join the Yorktown Lions Club for our 31st Annual Summer Concerts in the park! We welcome food trucks and artisan vendors to help amplify the event. We’re so excited to meet you all this summer!

All concerts are held outside at the Jack DeVito Veterans Memorial Track & Field in Yorktown, NY. In the event of rain or bad weather, the show will be moved indoors to the Yorktown Stage. However, we are unable to host vendors indoors. If that is the case, vendors will be notified the morning of the show with the change. You will be refunded your fee or, where applicable, it can be applied to a later show in the summer!

For food trucks:

The space fee is non-refundable for cancellations for any reason unless your application is denied. In the event of rain, when the concert is moved indoors, the fee will be held over for the following outdoor event date. If vendor is unavailable on the following date, the fee will be non-refundable.

There will be no Vendor Exclusivity but we will do our best to not offer the same food by multiple food vendors.

Vendor must provide own Food Truck or Tent (no larger than 10X10) and table(s) and chairs. There is no electricity provided.

Vendors must be staffed and ready to go by 6pm. Except for last concert (8/24) which will be starting at 5pm; vendors will need to ready to go by then.

Set Up Time: 4pm – 6pm

Breakdown can be done at intermission or at the end of the event. Breakdown must not disrupt the event.

The Yorktown Lions do not accept any responsibility for any lost or stolen items, or for any equipment.

Only one organization or vendor may use each booth space unless prior authorization has been obtained from the Yorktown Lions. All vendors must conduct business in their designated table area only. Fliers, handbills, and petitions will be limited to table area only. Non-table holders may not distribute merchandise or fliers of any kind

It is the responsibility of all food servers to obtain all permits, and licenses, specifically your food truck permitting is up to date with the Yorktown Town Clerk Office and have a valid certificate from the Department of Health. https://www.yorktownny.org/townclerk/peddler-and-solicitor-permit-application-fillable

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax, if applicable, to the NYS Comptroller.

The Yorktown Lions reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal, pornographic, political or those considered offensive. Please do not display any merchandise that would be inappropriate for children. These are family friendly events. Any decisions, made by the Yorktown Lions officials is final.

Hold Harmless: By signing this form, you affirm and agree to hold harmless Yorktown Lions, it officers, directors, and Lions Club International, from any and all loss, claims, action, suit or liability to third person (including attorney fees at trial and appeal), from any cause whether directly or indirectly related to this event or this agreement but not limited to claims for injury to persons including death or destruction of property; whether intentional, negligent or consequential as result of any act or omission or yours, other officers, directors, employees or agents of your business.

For artisan vendors:
